Job Description

Research and identify content that aligns with business goals and audience preferences.

Stay updated on industry trends to source innovative and in-demand content.

Search for content from media houses and ministries based on the channel requirements.
-
Regularly check the content from media houses and ministries that we are already connected with and those with which we already have permission.
2. Content Handling & Distribution:
-
Download the files shared by media houses, make them available on the server, and preserve a backup copy on the hard disk or cloud.
-
Share the content after the final review with the TC department for the technical check and broadcast.
-
Share the content details with the library and request a material ID.
3. Technical Coordination & Quality Control:
-
Check for technical compatibility of the videos shared by the media houses and ministries by coordinating with the TC department.

Ensure all acquired content meets company standards, legal compliance, and quality guidelines.

Collaborate with the studio operations department for post-production needs.
-
Ensure that all the changes made to the content have the required permissions.
-
Review the final versions of the programs, fillers, and music videos edited by the content acquisition analyst.

Suggest changes to the videos and request re-edits if required.
4. Operational Coordination:

Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., Studio Operations, QR, Library and other technical teams) for smooth content onboarding.

Coordinate with the graphics department to generate end cards.

Prepare promo scripts and coordinate the promotional activities based on contract and channel guidelines.

As the Campaign Lead for Content Acquisition programs, coordinate with the Content Writers and Design team to generate VOD and social media assets.

Coordinate with the Digital Media department for social media promotions and Digital Asset Delivery department for Video On Demand uploads and updates.

Set the priority for the QR team to review the contents based on channel requirements.

Plan the content and share the details on time with the producer for in-house/content acquisition collaboration programs.
5. Compliance & Ethical Considerations:

Ensure proper credit is given to the respective media houses and ministries for their content.

Research the media houses and ministries and check whether they are not against Catholic teachings.
-
Check Music Rights with the Legal department for music videos for broadcast and VOD.
6. Data Analysis & Reporting:

Analyze content performance metrics to inform acquisition strategies.
-
Prepare regular reports on acquisition status, market trends, and competitor analysis.
-
Bachelor's degree in Business, Media, Communications, or a related field.
-
Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative approach.
-
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and market trends.
-
Experience in contract management and working with legal teams.

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
-
Proficiency in MS Office Suite and content management systems (CMS).
-
Knowledge of digital content ecosystems and media licensing is preferred.
